Your “ home”
You will be accommodated in a carefully renovated 19th century family home, a timeless place to live in the heart of a village in the Seine et Marne.
You will have all the comforts in a superb setting near Fontainebleau and the famous forest.
Renovated with charm and passion for antique objects, the sleeping old town has regained its former glory to welcome you 75 km from Paris and 2 steps from Fontainebleau.
Surrounded by greenery, the house offers a large outdoor space, with a very large courtyard of 400m2, all on a plot of about 5000m2, an ideal setting for a weekend of well-being close to Paris.
Nature is in the spotlight on site and in the surrounding area, with walks in the forest on foot, by bike or on horseback.

Our cheffe,Anais, will ensure to nurture your body and mind by creating colourful vegetarian recipes with local and organic fresh seasonal products.
Brunch and dinner are an invitation to discover an inspiring and tasty healthy cuisine.

Yoga
Kate Lister will be your teacher during the retreat, she will guide you through a vinyasa flow practice the morning and a yin class the evening.
All yoga equipement is provided, if you prefer to bring your own mat then you are most welcome, otherwise everything is already available in the yoga space.
The Check in friday is from 2pm at the venue.
Friday evening you will have your first practice of Yoga followed by a yummy dinner.

8am: Tea/coffee
8.30am – 10am: Morning Yoga class
11am: Brunch
You are free to spend your time as you wish for the rest of the day;
5.30pm – 7.00pm: Yin Yoga class
7.30pm: Dinner
The check out the sunday will be at 6pm ( our last yoga practice be around 4pm the sunday)

Let yourself be charmed by the atmosphere of this vast poetic suite, with soft tones.
The Perce Neige suite offers a surface area of 30m2 with a bed of 160 hotel range, leaning against a sumptuous glass roof.

La suite Drosera
A soft cocoon for an invitation to rest and travel.
The 28 m2 Drosera room in green/blue tones immediately envelops you in a refined and warm atmosphere, with its relaxing exotic decoration.
It has a comfortable 160 cm bed with a four-poster hotel range.
The large en-suite bathroom with a retro look will charm you with its original re-enamelled bathtub and its neat decoration.
The toilet is located on the landing and can be shared with the yoga shala.

La Suite Marguerite
A vast room of 30m2, the Marguerite suite captivates with its floral atmosphere and its headboard worthy of a giant bouquet of flowers.
It includes a 160 cm bed in the hotel range, an antique piece of furniture used as a desk/wardrobe, a dressing table and an old fireplace. Its large private bathroom has a spacious shower with a view of the garden, and private toilets.

La Chambre Chèvrefeuille
The elegant 20m2 room is composed of 2 single beds, and is decorated in a relaxing chic country atmosphere.
The bathroom and toilet are adjoining and to be shared with the Lupin mezzanine bedroom.

La Chambre Oiseaux du Paradis
This adorable room of 15m2 is located on the first floor of the dormitory. It is composed of 2 very soft and comfortable single beds of hotel quality.
Its window overlooks the garden.
Two toilets are to be shared on the floor, as well as the bathroom with a summer camp spirit.

Dortoir Passiflore
Summer camp atmosphere, but comfort guaranteed!
This beautiful room of 45m2 is spacious and charmingly decorated in soft and relaxing tones.
This dormitory has 3 single wrought-iron beds, each with its own antique trunk to store your belongings.
Upstairs, 2 toilets are to be shared with the Oiseaux de Paradis’s room as well as the large bathroom.

La Chambre Mezzanine Lupin et la Chambre Cabane
Friendly and atypical room.
On the ground floor, a set of 2 single beds, adjoining or able to be separated.
Upstairs, via a beautiful industrial-style staircase, the mezzanine provides access to its extension, like a cabin under the roof with 2 single beds.

By Car ( we can organize a departure from Paris: carpool)
By train from Paris:
Stop to Fontainebleau Avon (39 min) then 20min by car to the venue;
or
Stop to Bois le Roi (32 min) then 25 min drive to the venue;
or
Stop to Bourron Marlotte ( 59 min ) then 12 min drive to the venue.
