Your Home

Your retreat will be at Villa Sunshine, located outside of Nerja on the way up to Frigiliana on the Rio Seco - the dry river.  The views are stunning, with the mountains to the north and the sea sparkling to the south.

Here, space is given for free time in the pergola among our avocado, mango & orange trees, or socializing on one of our patios around the house.

Nerja is located in Andalusia, near Malaga, in the eastern part of the Costa del Sol in Spain. 

The area is known for its numerous hours of sunshine, the magical stalactite caves "Cueva de Nerja", the beautiful mountain villages and the quiet, harmonious central town of Nerja with its beaches.

Charlotte and Jorgen, A Swedish couple based in Andalusia for a few years, will be your hosts during your stay; they will do their best to make you feel at home, happy, for an unforgettable stay.

Typical Day

Your day starts with a 90-minute Ki’Danza or a yoga class near the pool or on the back of the villa, followed by a brunch taken on the outdoor terrace, weather permitting. 

You are free to spend your time as you wish for the rest of the day; relax at the villa, around the swimming pool, hike, enjoy the beach…

There will always be a member of the team to answer your queries or to organise an excursion, book a taxi…

Around 6pm your second class will take place followed by a dinner at the villa.

Few things have such a large and immediate impact on us as what we eat. 

That’s why nutrition will be a vital part of your retreat because we know that it will promote your physical and mental harmony and will provide you with moments of happiness and pleasure.

You will enjoy healthy, yummy food during your stay.
